Operator Studio (“we”, “us”), based in Luxembourg, sells one-time downloadable digital products only (business templates in Markdown/PDF, and original comics & educational series PDFs). This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you buy a product, checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy collects payment details, billing information, and order data under their own privacy policy. We receive order confirmation details (name, email, product purchased) needed to support your purchase.
If you email us, we keep the content of that correspondence to respond.
How we use data
- Fulfill digital downloads and customer support for file access
- Comply with accounting and legal obligations
- Improve our product pages (aggregate, non-sensitive)
Cookies & analytics
This marketing site is static HTML. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on getoperatorstudio.com by default. Hosting (Netlify) and DNS (Cloudflare) may process standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and reliability.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Payment and tax processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy and its processors. We may share data if required by law.
Retention & your rights
