Refund Policy

Operator Studio products are one-time digital downloads (business templates and comics/education PDFs) delivered immediately after purchase via Lemon Squeezy.

Our approach

If a file is defective, incomplete, or you cannot access your download for a technical reason on our side, email hello@getoperatorstudio.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will replace the file or arrange a refund through Lemon Squeezy.

Because downloads are instantaneous, we generally do not refund simply because you changed your mind after downloading. Consumer rights that apply in your country (including EU withdrawal rules for digital content where you expressly consented to immediate delivery) still apply where required by law.
