These terms apply to digital products sold by Operator Studio (Luxembourg) via Lemon Squeezy.
Products
We sell one-time downloadable digital goods only:
- Business templates — Markdown/PDF packs (org charts, standing orders, scoreboards, checklists, outreach drafts, and similar files).
- Comics & educational series — original digital comic PDFs and math/reading education PDF packs for kids and learners.
Purchase grants a personal / single-business or household license to use the files. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the templates or comics as your own product (PLR/MRR resale is not granted).
Not services · not physical · not subscriptions
Checkout on Lemon Squeezy does not include consulting, implementation, coaching, tutoring hours, retainers, agency work, live support, physical goods, or subscriptions. Products are finished downloadable files only.
Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. Taxes may be collected by Lemon Squeezy where applicable. Purchases are one-time (not recurring).
Delivery
After successful payment you receive an immediate download link by email from Lemon Squeezy. No physical shipment.
